Dustin Miller is a passionate PGA Professional dedicated to helping golfers of all talent levels reach their full potential. Whether it's introducing a beginner to the fundamentals, guiding a high school athlete to a state championship, preparing a collegiate player for competition, or fine-tuning a weekend player's swing for lifelong enjoyment, Dustin believes that every swing tells a story — and his mission is to give each one a great story.
As the founder of The Swing Bays, Dustin set out to create a space that truly represents golf — a place where instruction, technology, community, and passion all come together under one roof. What began as a vision to build a welcoming and high-performance environment has grown into one of Colorado's premier coaching destinations, now expanding on a national level through franchising The Swing Bays brand. Each new location carries forward his mission of combining world-class technology, exceptional instruction, and a community-first experience for golfers everywhere.
Over his career, Dustin has had the honor of coaching numerous high school state champions, collegiate athletes, and aspiring professionals on mini tours, as well as countless recreational golfers who simply love the game. His data-driven approach blends technology like TrackMan and Sportsbox AI with a deep understanding of the player's mindset and goals.
Dustin has been recognized among Golf Digest's Best Instructors in Colorado and is the 2025 Colorado PGA Teacher of the Year, a reflection of his commitment to teaching, mentorship, and growing the game at every level.

With over 15 years in the golf and fitness industry, Raymond Bikulcius brings a deep passion for player development and performance training to The Swing Bays. A NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and TPI Level 3 Certified Coach, Raymond blends cutting-edge science with hands-on experience to help golfers move better, play stronger, and perform their best.
Before joining The Swing Bays, Raymond managed at Colorado Athletic Club and spent the past five years coaching the Mountain Vista High School Golf Team, where he's helped young athletes unlock their potential both on and off the course. Dedicated, professional, and driven to see every client succeed, Raymond's approach is rooted in precision, purpose, and a genuine love of the game.
DAVID FISCHER
David Fischer
PGA Director of Instruction

David Fischer, a Class "A" PGA Professional with over 16 years of experience, is a Chicago native whose passion for golf was sparked during his collegiate career in Iowa, ultimately leading to his PGA Professional certification.
Throughout his career, David has held key positions at several prestigious private clubs, including Cherry Hills Country Club, Columbine Country Club and The Fox Hill Club. Most recently was the Director of Instruction at Blackstone/Black Bear. For the past six years, he has dedicated himself entirely to teaching, sharing his expertise and helping golfers of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential.
David's teaching philosophy centers on enhancing impact and ball-striking consistency, while placing strong emphasis on short game precision and effective course management. His approach is rooted in empowering players to grow their confidence and achieve measurable progress.
When he's not on the course, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, immersing himself in Colorado's outdoor lifestyle through sports, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors.

Golf as a career path for me started in 2017 as an Assistant Professional at Black Bear Golf Club in Parker, CO, and then most recently First Assistant at Catamount Ranch in Steamboat Springs, and Querencia in San José del Cabo. My teaching prioritizes on making instruction fun and encouraging, and tailored to individual needs and skill level.
Outside of golf and teaching, I love finding new hikes and places to explore with my dog, Noah, going to concerts, record collecting, and watching Gonzaga Basketball.

Ana Ross is a PGA Associate and accomplished golf professional dedicated to player development and instruction. A former University of Oklahoma collegiate athlete and Epson Tour competitor, she draws on years of international playing experience to help golfers of all levels refine their technique, strengthen their mindset, and grow their love for the game.
